These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to, registration on, and use of the WezaFiles platform, operated by Talanta Biz.

By accessing or using the platform, the user (service provider or client) acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these terms.

1. Purpose of the Platform

WezaFiles is a micro-branding and order link technology solution enabling service providers, freelancers, and creators to:

- Showcase their professional identity (profile, skills, portfolio links);

- Generate professional, custom order links available via a shareable link or downloadable PDF;

- Enable online payment validation (full amount or optional deposit) or offline payment options.

WezaFiles operates strictly as a software provider and technical payment facilitator. WezaFiles does not participate in service execution, does not hold funds in escrow, and does not manage order delivery tracking between the service provider and the client.

2. Account Registration and Profile

Creating order links requires registering an account.

Users agree to:

- Provide accurate, complete, and updated identity and contact details;

- Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials;

- Take full responsibility for all activities conducted under their account.

3. Order links Generation

Service providers are solely responsible for the content, pricing, timelines, revision limits, and terms specified in the order links created on WezaFiles.

Service providers agree not to issue order links for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited goods and services.

4. Financial Terms and Fees

4.1. Online Transactions & Mobile Money

When a service provider enables online payment (for a deposit or the full balance), the client pays directly via Mobile Money or bank card solutions integrated into the platform. Funds are credited directly to the service provider's virtual Wallet.

4.2. Service Fees & Commission

- Platform Commission: For each quote payable online that is paid by the customer and for each offer sold online through the platform, WezaFiles charges a 6% service commission on the total transaction amount.

- Offline Orders: Creating and sharing order links marked for offline payment incur no transaction commission from WezaFiles.

4.3. No Escrow Service

WezaFiles does not hold funds in escrow. Once a client completes a Mobile Money or bank card payment, funds (minus the 6% service commission) are immediately credited to the service provider's wallet.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Contractual Relationship: The commercial agreement exists exclusively between the service provider and their client.

• Exclusion of Liability: WezaFiles shall not be held liable for:

  - Non-performance, delay, or poor quality of services rendered by a provider;

  - Disputes or disagreements between clients and providers regarding work deliverables;

  - Incorrect information entered by the provider during order creation.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

WezaFiles reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or attempts to abuse the platform system.

7. Amendments

WezaFiles reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of changes directly on the platform or via email.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kinshasa.
